I don't care if she's doing drugs, is a bad mama, is frittering away her fortune, I still feel sorry for her. I couldn't imagine having to live her life, being hounded like this all the time. Some say she likes it. At least, that's what the paps say.

I don't have a lot of sympathy. She chooses to live where she lives. There are many, many places that she could live and have little to no paparazzi to deal with.
On a related note, I recently read an interview with Jack Nicholson. Apparently he stopped driving years ago and has a limo that takes him anywhere. Many stars, including Britney, would save themselves a lot of trouble if they did the same.
But why shouldn't she live where she wants? Why shouldn't she drive her own car if she wants to? Why should she have to hide out and give up her independence? She's a person just like anyone else - why shouldn't she have the same rights?
